The National Weather Service in MOUNT HOLLY NJ  has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Northern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 PM EDT

* At 812 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that heavy rain was falling over the area. Two to three inches of
  rain have already fallen in some areas. Additional rainfall
  amounts of one to two inches are expected over the next couple of
  hours. This additional rain will result in flooding of small
  streams and roadways.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Easton, Morristown, Newton, Bethlehem, Dover, Hopatcong, Forks,
  Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Boonton, Wilson, Butler,
  Wharton, Washington, Rockaway, Blairstown, Hellertown, Nazareth and
  Morris Plains.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
