...A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN KENT...EAST CENTRAL
QUEEN ANNE'S AND NORTHEASTERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 419 AM EDT, a cluster of showers was located over Hartly, or 9
miles west of Dover, moving northeast at 10 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Goldsboro, Hartly, Hazlettville, Sandtown, Wyoming, Kenton,
Henderson, Marydel, Templeville and Rodney Village.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm...and may cause
ponding on roadways and poor drainage areas. Do not drive your
vehicle through flooded roadways.

Occasional cloud to ground lightning may develop with these showers.
Lightning can strike 15 miles away from a thunderstorm. If you see
lightning or hear thunder seek a safe shelter inside a building or
vehicle.
