...Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain...

Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain will continue to affect
parts of northeastern Maryland and Delaware into this evening.

Localized rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches are possible,
resulting in flooding of roadways and areas of poor drainage. Do
not drive through flood waters. The water may be deeper than you
think it is.

Also, the thunderstorms will be accompanied by dangerous cloud to
ground lightning and perhaps wind gusts around 35 MPH. If you
observe threatening weather, seek shelter at once.
