The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 745 PM EDT

* At 350 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dover, Smyrna, Milford, Harrington, Camden, Milton, Cheswold,
  Ellendale, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Hartly, Rising Sun-Lebanon,
  Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway, Sandtown,
  Andrewsville, Rising Sun and Wyoming.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
