...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM EDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S...KENT AND CECIL COUNTIES...

At 629 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved out of
the advisory area, but minor flooding is still occurring.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Elkton, Havre De Grace, Calvert, Chestertown, North East, Rising Sun,
Charlestown, Cecilton, Millington, Betterton, Warwick, Zion,
Barksdale, Newtown, West Nottingham, Octoraro, Brantwood, Morgnec,
Fair Hill and Crumpton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
