The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT

* At 323 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton,
  Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bernville, Lyons, Strausstown,
  Lenhartsville, Spring Ridge, New Tripoli and Ancient Oaks.

Additional rainfall of around one inch is expected over the area to
fall in a short period of time. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
