Jersey, east central Pennsylvania, northeast Pennsylvania and
southeast Pennsylvania.

Thunderstorms are likely this afternoon and evening. A few of these
storms will be capable of producing locally damaging winds.
Additionally, torrential downpours could lead to urban and poor
drainage flooding. The risk for severe thunderstorms looks to be
greatest between 3 PM and 10 PM.
