Scattered snow showers and isolated squalls will continue to affect
portions of southeast Pennsylvania, southern and central New
Jersey, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware through about 7
PM.
The snow showers and squalls can deposit a quick one half to 1
inch of snow, creating slippery travel with briefly poor
visibility.
Southern Ocean County and portions of eastern Burlington County
New Jersey are expected to see significant snow fall in the next
hour as well as northern Delaware, Salem County in southwest New
Jersey, northern Chester and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania,
just to the west of Philadelphia.
After the snow quits and skies clear this evening, temperatures
will be below freezing with remaining moisture freezing on all
untreated surfaces. Be alert for icy patches later tonight on all
untreated surfaces.
