...LIGHT SNOW CHANGING TO FREEZING DRIZZLE IN SPOTS...
Light snow will continue to taper off across the northern suburbs
of Philadelphia in eastern Pennsylvania and in central New Jersey
through 9 PM. At times when the snow lightens up, spotty freezing
drizzle will develop. With temperatures in the lower 30s, a light
glaze of ice could form mainly on elevated surfaces, including
untreated bridges and overpasses.
Motorists are advised to use caution, especially if driving when
there is drizzle or light rain occurring. Slow down and keep a
safe distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you in case you
encounter an icy patch.

freezing, a light glaze of ice will form, particularly on elevated
surfaces, including untreated bridges and overpasses. Up to
several hundredths of an inch of ice accretion can be expected
through 9 PM.
In New Castle County, where temperatures outside of the urban
areas are hovering around 32 degrees, icing should be more spotty.
