...LIGHT SNOW MAY CHANGE TO FREEZING DRIZZLE IN SPOTS...

Light snow will gradually taper off across eastern Pennsylvania
as well as central and northwestern portions of New Jersey through
730 PM. At times when the snow lightens up, spotty freezing
drizzle may develop. With temperatures in the upper 20s to lower
30s, a light glaze of ice could form mainly on elevated surfaces,
including untreated bridges and overpasses during the early
evening.

Motorists are advised to use caution, especially if driving
when there is drizzle or light rain occurring. Slow down and keep
a safe distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you in case
you encounter an icy patch.

...ICY SPOTS WILL START TO DEVELOP EARLY THIS EVENING...

At 525 PM...A light wintry mix is moving eastward across Chester
County in Pennsylvania, Cecil County in Maryland and New Castle
County in Delaware. Expect mainly sleet with this round early on,
bu then mix in or change to freezing rain between 6 and 8 PM this
evening.

With temperatures just below freezing in Cecil and Chester
Counties, a light glaze of ice will form, particularly on
elevated surfaces, including untreated bridges and overpasses
during the early evening. In New Castle County, where temperatures
are hovering around 32 or 33 degrees, icing should be more spotty.

Motorists are advised to use caution if venturing out this evening.
Slow down and keep a safe distance between you and the vehicle
ahead of you in case you encounter an icy patch.
