...Bands of heavy snow mainly Interstate 95 eastward to the
coasts...
Bands of moderate to heavy snow will be ending from west to east
between 4 PM along Interstate 95 to around 730 pm along the coasts.
Snowfall should accumulate a quick one half to 1 inch in 30 minutes
as visibility briefly drops to a quarter mile, especially in the
band that extends from Tilghman island to Philadelphia and Newark.
Once this band passes by, snow will quickly taper to flurries.
That should occur in the Philadelphia metro area around 4 PM.
