...Moderate to heavy snow southeastern Delaware and coastal
southern New Jersey...

Snow will fall moderate to heavy through Noon from near Georgetown
and Fenwick Island Delaware northeastward through Cape May and
Atlantic City. Snowfall rates of at least an inch an hour will be
occuring and visibility will frequently be 1/4 to 1/2 mile.
Northerly winds will be gusting 20 to 25 MPH along the coast with
some drifting and blowing of the snow.

Travel in these conditions along coastal southern New Jersey into
southeast Delaware is not recommended.
