...Icing on the ridges in Carbon and Monroe counties of northeast
Pennsylvania and extreme northwest Sussex County New Jersey...

The glazing that has been occurring yesterday and overnight on untreated
surfaces of elevations above approximately 1400 feet may continue
through midday, particularly near Mount Pocono Pennsylvania and High
Point New Jersey.

Significant glazing and slippery untreated surfaces were reported
earlier this morning at Tobyhanna Pennsylvania and near High Point
New Jersey.

The freezing mist of early this morning is now becoming a
steadier rain and freezing rain.

The temperature should ever so slowly rise above freezing during
midday.

Caution is advised when traveling on all untreated surfaces in
highest terrain of the Poconos in Pennsylvania and Kittatinny
ridge near High Point New Jersey.
