...Icing on the ridges in Carbon and Monroe counties of northeast
Pennsylvania and extreme northwest Sussex County New Jersey...

The glazing that has been occurring yesterday and overnight on
untreated surfaces of elevations above approximately 1400 feet may
continue through midday, particularly near Mount Pocono Pennsylvania
and High Point New Jersey.

Glazing and slippery untreated surfaces was reported earlier this
morning at Tobyhanna Pennsylvania.

The freezing mist of early this morning will become a steadier
rain and freezing rain by 10 am.

The temperature should ever so slowly rise above freezing during
midday.

Caution is advised when traveling on all untreated surfaces in
highest terrain of the Poconos in Pennsylvania and Kittatinny
ridge near High Point New Jersey.
