At 542 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cecilton, or 8
miles west of Middletown, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

  Brantwood and Mount Pleasant around 555 PM EST.
  Elkton, Glasgow, Bear, Saint Georges and Barksdale around 600 PM
  EST.
  Newark and Delaware City around 605 PM EST.

  North Star around 610 PM EST.
  Hockessin around 615 PM EST.
