NORTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 900 PM EST for
northern and northwestern New Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EST
FOR MORRIS...NORTHEASTERN HUNTERDON...SUSSEX...EAST CENTRAL WARREN
AND NORTHWESTERN SOMERSET COUNTIES...

At 525 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Matamoras to Unionville to near Hopatcong to Budd Lake
to near Lebanon, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near...
  Ogdensburg, High Point and Vernon Valley around 530 PM EST.
  Green Pond around 535 PM EST.
  Kinnelon, Rockaway, Peapack And Gladstone and Victory Gardens
  around 540 PM EST.
  Boonton, Butler, Mendham, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Far Hills,
  Lake Telemark and Pequannock Township around 545 PM EST.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include White
Meadow Lake, Beattyestown and Bernardsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

In addition to large hail and damaging winds...frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
immediately. Remember...if you can hear thunder...you are close
enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
