* LOCATIONS...Portions of north central New Jersey and eastern
Pennsylvania.
* HAZARD TYPES...Freezing rain and sleet.
* SLEET ACCUMULATIONS..Less than one inch.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...around a trace.
* TIMING...A mixture of freezing rain and sleet will fall into
this afternoon. Precipitation will transition back to rain early
this afternoon before tapering off during the early evening hours.
* IMPACTS...Ice and snow accumulations may create slippery
conditions on roads...bridges and sidewalks.
* WINDS...East 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
* TEMPERATURES...In the low to mid 30s.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of sleet or freezing
rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery

* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS..1 to 2 inches during the
day...with an additional 1 to 2 inches tonight.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...around one quarter of an inch.
* TIMING...A mixture of freezing rain, sleet, and snow will fall
today. Mainly light freezing rain is expected late this
afternoon and early this evening before transition to snow
showers late this evening.
* IMPACTS...Ice and snow accumulations will create treacherous
driving conditions. The weight of the ice and snow on tree
limbs and power lines could produce scattered outages.
* WINDS...West 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
