CONDITIONS...

Snow will continue with colder air settling south and east across
the region. The snow will fall at a rate of 1 inch per hour.

The combination of moderate to heavy snow and falling temperatures
will result in hazardous conditions, including significantly
reduced visibilities. If you can, delay travel until later today.

RESULTING IN DETERIORATING CONDITIONS...

Rain will mix with and change to sleet in many areas before
changing over to snow through about 8 AM. Once the change to snow
occurs, it will fall heavy a times with hourly snowfall rates up
to 1 inch per hour.

The combination of moderate to heavy snow developing and falling
temperatures will result in rapidly deteriorating conditions,
including significantly reduced visibilities. If you can, delay
travel until later today.
