...INCREASING SNOWFALL RATES EARLY THIS MORNING ALONG WITH
DETERIORATING CONDITIONS...

Snow will continue to build eastward as colder air settles across
the region. The snow has increased in intensity with some reports
of 1 inch per hour rates occurring from the Poconos to far
northwestern New Jersey and into the Lehigh Valley.

The combination of moderate to heavy snow and falling temperatures
will continue to result in hazardous conditions, including
significantly reduced visibilities. If you can, delay travel
until later today.
