......Icy high terrain of northern Sussex County New Jersey and
northern Monroe County Pennsylvania...

Freezing mist over the high terrain, above 1500 feet, in extreme
northwest New Jersey and a portion of the southern Poconos, will
probably end by 3 am Wednesday. The mist may intensify into a
period of freezing rain for a short time, before temperatures
rise into the mid 30s.

Be alert for slippery pavements where ice reduction treatments
have not occurred.

...Patchy dense fog in portions of eastern Pennsylvania and the
northern two thirds of Nw Jersey for several more hours...

Patchy dense fog will hamper travel from near Philadelphia northward,
including much of east central and northeast Pennsylvania as well
as the Interstate 95 Corridor from the vicinity of Philadelphia
up to New Brunswick.

Be alert for rapidly changing visibility overnight and slow down
for safer travel.

The fog will be dissipating in the Philadelphia metro area shortly
after midnight as temperatures sharply rise into the lower 60s on
gusty southerly winds to near 30 mph.
