...Snow showers may create hazardous travel this evening north of
Interstate 78...

Bands of snow showers will develop this evening over northeast
Pennsylvania and northwest New Jersey. They should add a dusting
to possibly an inch of new snow between now and midnight. Falling
temperatures during the night will also contribute to the
formation of black ice on treated road shoulders, sidewalks and
parking lots.

Be alert for rapidly changing visibility this evening in developing
snow showers and plan for possible slippery pavement.

A few flurries or scattered snow showers will be moving across
southeast Pennsylvania, southern and central New Jersey, Maryland's
eastern shore and Delaware this evening. These could briefly
limit visibility and add a quick coating of snow this evening.

Moisture from todays melted snow may refreeze into icy stretches
of pavement tonight. Be alert for slippery sidewalks, slippery parking
lot surfaces and icy spots on some of the less traveled roads.
