...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM SUNDAY TO 11
AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills will range
  from 10 below zero to 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Carbon County and Monroe County.

* WHEN...From 6:00 PM Sunday until 11:00 AM Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
  to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create dangerously low wind chills. Frost bite and
hypothermia can occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you
wear a hat and gloves.
