...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Expect wind chills to
  range from 0 to 15 below zero.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values will warm above 15 below
  zero for a couple of hours this afternoon, but will fall once
  again as sunset approaches into this evening. The cold wind
  chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to
  exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
