...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation occurring. Total snow accumulations
  generally 1 to 2 inches, along with a light glaze of ice in
  spots.

* WHERE...Berks County and the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, as
  well as the New Jersey counties of Warren and Morris.

* WHEN...Until 9:00 AM this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The mixed precipitation should transition
  to all snow before ending. A brief burst of heavy snow is
  possible. Be prepared for difficult travel conditions due to
  slippery roads and reduced visibility. A strong and gusty west
  wind will develop as the snow comes to an end around or shortly
  after daybreak.
