  are expected. Locally higher amounts around 4 inches possible in
  southern New Jersey. Road conditions may be slippery tonight.

* WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey, southeast
  Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and central and northern
  Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EST this evening. The snow is expected to end
  this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures well below freezing, snow
  remains on untreated roads and walkways. Plan on travel delays.
