are expected. Road conditions will be slippery this afternoon
and into the early evening commute.
* WHERE...Eastern Chester, eastern Montgomery and lower Bucks
counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. The steadiest and heaviest
snow will fall through 4 PM with snowfall rates of 1 inch per
hour possible in spots.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures well below freezing, snow
will stick on untreated roads and even pre-treated highways in
