9 PM EST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches
are expected. Road conditions will be slippery during the late
afternoon and evening commute today.
* WHERE...Middlesex, western Monmouth, eastern Monmouth and
Mercer counties in central New Jersey.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 9 PM EST this evening. The
steadiest and heaviest snow is expected to fall between 3 and 6
PM with snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Below freezing temperatures will allow for
snow to stick on untreated roads. Plan on travel delays with
roads becoming snow covered and reduced visibility at times
during the evening rush hour.
