  travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches
  are expected.

* WHERE...Morris, Somerset, Middlesex and Mercer counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.Most of the snow will fall prior to daybreak Thursday. Be
