* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.

* WHERE...New Castle, Kent and Inland Sussex counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Saturday. Heaviest
  snow accumulation should occur between midnight and noon on
  Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times.
