...Patchy dense fog and patchy black ice likely at times this
morning...
Patchy dense fog continues across the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and
northwest New Jersey this morning. Visibilities will be locally
reduced to under one-half mile at times. Fog will thin out by 9
am.
In addition, there will be some patchy black ice, resulting in
slick spots on area roads early this morning.
For safety, be prepared for suddenly changing visibility during
the night and plan on a longer time to reach your destination.
Leave extra space between you and the vehicle in front of you, and
give yourself room to stop. There may be some air travel delays
at area airports early this morning.
