...Dense fog likely at times through this morning...

Patchy dense fog continues to develop across parts of New Jersey,
southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware, and eastern sections of
Maryland, and will become locally thick through the early morning
hours.

Fog may not thin until after 9 am.

For safety, be prepared for suddenly changing visibility during
the night and plan on a longer time to reach your destination.
There may be some air travel delays at area airports later this
morning.
