Temperatures have fallen slightly below freezing in parts of
northwestern New Jersey early this morning. Standing water from
last night's rainfall has frozen on some roads and walkways,
creating icy conditions.

If you will be venturing out early this morning, use extra care
and be prepared for slippery conditions on area roads and
walkways.
