* LOCATION...Southern Delaware and far southeastern New Jersey.

* WINDS...East to northeast increasing to 25 to 30 MPH with gusts
  around 45 MPH.

* TIMING...This afternoon and this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may take down trees, tree limbs and
  utility lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
