NEW CASTLE...NORTHEASTERN KENT...SOUTHEASTERN CECIL AND WESTERN SALEM
COUNTIES...

At 333 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall has
ended. However, runoff from earlier rainfall will continue to pose
minor flooding problems for the next couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Middletown, Elkton, Pennsville, Carneys Point, New
Castle, Penns Grove, Salem, North East, Delaware City, Charlestown,
Cecilton, Betterton, Warwick, Glasgow, Bear, Bohemias Mills, Hancocks
Bridge, Port Penn and Brantwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
