  Southern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Philadelphia County
  in southeastern Pennsylvania... Delaware County in southeastern
  Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 AM EDT

* At 1039 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms is entering the region. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton,
  Calvert, Bensalem, Ewing, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown,
  Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Pennsville,
  Coatesville, Yeadon and Westtown.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
