The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT

* At 917 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Around an inch of rain has already fallen or will fall soon from
  several rounds of thunderstorms.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg,
  Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, East Greenville, Womelsdorf,
  Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton, Leesport, Adamstown,
  Shoemakersville, Bally, Bernville and Bechtelsville.

Totsl rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
