...Severe thunderstorm potential between 6 PM and midnight for a
fairly large portion of eastern Pennsylvania into northwest New
Jersey...

Scattered strong thunderstorms are forecast for parts of eastern
Pennsylvania into northwest New Jersey this evening.

Several severe thunderstorms are anticipated with damaging wind
gusts. Torrential downpours causing brief poor drainage flooding
and lightning strikes are also expected.

There might be an isolated strong thunderstorm ahead of the
primary band of thunderstorms late today but most of the strong
thunderstorm activity should occur near or after sunset.
