The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 715 PM EDT

* At 315 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into southern Berks County from the west.
  This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton,
  Leesport, Adamstown, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan,
  Spring Ridge, Shillington, West Reading and Boyertown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
