The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  South central Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 615 PM EDT

* At 209 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into an area that already received heavy rain
  this morning. This additional rain will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Lehighton, Kutztown, Jim Thorpe, Hamburg, Womelsdorf,
  Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bernville, Strausstown,
  Lenhartsville, New Mahoning, Neffs, Coffeetown, New Tripoli,
  Claussville, Fairview Hgts, Wanamakers and Jordan Valley.

Additional rainfall of around 2 inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
