The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 230 PM EDT

* At 1036 AM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  2 to 5 inches of rain has fallen in the area since late last
  night. Additional heavy rain is moving back into the area this
  morning, which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Selbyville, Dagsboro, Millville, Gumboro, Ocean View, Frankford and
  South Bethany.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...country roads...farmland...and other low lying
spots.
