The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 800 AM EDT

* At 553 AM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate
  two to three inches of rain has fallen in the last couple of hours
  with additional rain falling and could still be causing minor
  flooding across the are. Be alert for ponding and areas of water
  on roadways and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Selbyville, Delmar, Dagsboro,
  Millville, Gumboro, Sycamore, Ocean View, Blades, Frankford, South
  Bethany and Bethel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
