* Until 500 AM EDT

* At 210 AM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate
  one to two inches of rain has fallen in the last one to two hours
  and could still be causing minor flooding across the are. Be alert
  for ponding and areas of water on roadways and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Newton, Lehighton, Mount Pocono,
  Bethlehem, Hopatcong, Forks, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Northampton, East
  Stroudsburg, Hackettstown, Tobyhanna, Bushkill, Wilson, Washington,
  Blairstown and Hellertown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
