The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 600 AM EDT

* At 202 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. One inch to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen
  in the last hour with additional rainfall expected. Be alert for
  ponding and areas of water on roadways and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Selbyville, Delmar, Dagsboro,
  Millville, Gumboro, Sycamore, Long Neck, Ocean View, Blades,
  Frankford, South Bethany and Bethel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
