The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 330 AM EDT

* At 1130 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.  Up to two inches of rain has fallen across the area.
  Additional rainfall amounts could result in minor flooding. Be
  alert for ponding and areas of water on roadways and poor drainage
  areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Talbot, Denton, Federalsburg, Trappe, St. Michaels,
  Preston, Oxford, Tanyard, Harmony, Smithville, Tilghman Island,
  Copperville, Agner, Matthews, Choptank, Hambleton, Griffin,
  Windyhill and Cordova.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
