The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  South central Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Central Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 930 PM EDT

* At 524 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced
  heavy rainfall up to five inches in the warned area. Flooding is
  expected in the areas that saw the heaviest rain through most of
  the evening hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Talbot, Denton, Greensboro, Ridgely, St. Michaels, Oxford,
  Queen Anne, Tanyard, Tilghman Island, Skipton, Copperville,
  Matthews, Griffin, Cordova and Hillsboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
