The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 900 PM EDT

* At 454 PM EDT, The public reported flooding in Bethany Beach with
  a combination of heavy rainfall and high tide. While tidal levels
  will come down, additional rainfall is expected to cause flooding.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with up to another
  inch in the next hour.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Millsboro, Selbyville, Dagsboro, Millville, Gumboro, Long Neck,
  Ocean View, Frankford and South Bethany.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
