The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 615 PM EDT

* At 221 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville,
  Bridgeville, Dagsboro, Millville, Ellendale, Henlopen Acres,
  Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State Park, Sycamore, Long Neck, Ocean View,
  Blades, Greenwood and Frankford.

Additional rainfall of an inch or two is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles. Report any flooding to local law
enforcement offices.
