...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SUSSEX COUNTY...

At 147 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Delmar, or near
Salisbury, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Winds up to 50 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville, Delmar,
Dagsboro, Millville, Henlopen Acres, Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State
Park, Sycamore, Long Neck, Ocean View, Frankford, South Bethany and
Dewey Beach.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
