...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM EDT FOR
NORTHERN KENT...NORTHEASTERN TALBOT...CENTRAL QUEEN ANNE'S AND
NORTHERN CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 112 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to five inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Flooding of
several garages has been reported in Grasonville.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Dover, Centerville, Smyrna, Centreville, Camden, Greensboro, Oakland,
Ridgely, Cheswold, Goldsboro, Queen Anne, Hartly, Grasonville, Starr,
Woodland Beach, Copperville, Jumptown, Hazlettville, Dover Base
Housing and Dover Speedway.

Additional rainfall amounts of One to three inches are possible in
the warned area.
