...THE FLOOD ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR SOUTHWESTERN NEW
CASTLE...NORTHERN KENT...NORTHERN CUMBERLAND AND SALEM COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended across much of the advisory area, and
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat in these areas.
However, a flash flood warning remains in effect for portions of
Kent County Delaware including Dover, Kenton, and Hartly. Additional
heavy rain and flash flooding is expected in the area of the flash
flood warning.
